As a husband and father, he believes leadership starts at home. The same principles that build successful businesses—integrity, discipline, accountability, and service—are the principles he strives to model for his children every day. Whether it's coaching from the sidelines, sharing life lessons around the dinner table, or creating experiences that bring his family closer together, he is committed to building a legacy that extends far beyond financial success.

He believes true wealth is measured not only by what you achieve, but by the relationships you build, the values you live by, and the impact you leave behind.

One of his strongest beliefs is that people are capable of far more than they think. He is passionate about helping others break free from limiting beliefs, take calculated risks, and create opportunities for themselves and their families.
